Terms and conditions for conducting online vazhipadu (offering) booking:

  1. Devotee who is availing the online booking has to book the vazhipadu before 5 days from the date of performing the vazhipadu and the devotee agrees to that condition.
  2. Devaswom will collect service charges from the devotees for online booking and the postal charges for Poovu and Chandanam.
  3. Due to unforeseen reasons or due to reasons beyond the control of Devaswom if the vazhipadu cannot be conducted the amount remitted by the devotee will not be refunded.
  4. Once the devotee offers the vazhipadu to the DIETY the offerings so made through the online facility is accepted by Devaswom, it is a non-reclaimable transfer to LORD Sree Wadakkunathan and the devotee is not entitled to any claim for the payments so made for vazhipadu.
  5. The vazhipadu prasadams can be collected from the Temple as per the custom and usage of the Temple. (Timings etc. are exhibited in the official website of Devaswom)
  6. Party shall produce the receipt in the Counter at the Temple and agrees to follow the instructions from the counter for collecting the prasadams.
  7. If the devotee chooses the option to receive Prasadam via post, only chandanam & Poovu will be sent by post as Prasadam in the address furnished at the site by the devotee. Devaswom will not be responsible for any delivery failures.
  8. The devotee agrees to provide current, complete and accurate registration information while booking the online vazhipadu. Devaswom shall not be responsible if the information provided by the devotee is wrong or pertains to a third party.
  9. Devaswom offer all poojas shown at the site and will do it according to the custom and usage of the Temple.
  10. Devaswom is not interested to get involved in any dispute of any nature. However if it so happens then only Laws which are prevailing in India will be applicable. This information is meant for every devotee in India and abroad. The vazhipadu is conducted as per the request of the devotee as per Hindu faith and belief. Devaswom will not be responsible for any technical dispute or any other type of dispute which may arise.
  11. Devaswom is not canvassing or soliciting any devotees for conducting any vazhipadu. This online booking is to help such devotees who are interested to do it.
  12. Devaswom will not be responsible for any transaction failures from the Bank
  13. If the amount is transferred from the devotees account to Devaswom account and during the period if the internet facility fails or not done properly before completing the transaction from the Devaswom web site then the reconciliation will be done by Devaswom.
  14. Once the vazhipadu is booked the devotee will not be allowed to change the date of vazhipadu and the item of vazhipadu.

                  The devotee has read and understood the above conditions and hereby agrees to disclaim any right may accrue to him as a devotee in online transaction in view of the special nature of these services and further the devotee agrees that if the devotee approaches court of law then the devotee will approach the competent court under the jurisdiction of District Court Thrissur.
